What ReDone is
ReDone is an independent library of resume, interview, and job-search guides. Every article is written to answer one concrete question — how to format a resume, how to answer a behavioral question, how to evaluate an offer — with steps you can act on the same day, not vague motivation.
How we write
We focus on advice that holds up across industries and regions. That means we avoid invented statistics, transient salary figures, and anything that reads like legal guidance (employment law varies by country, and we are not lawyers). When a topic depends on where you live, we say so and point you to the right kind of professional instead of guessing.
Why the name
A job search is a rewrite: of your resume, your answers, your priorities. ReDone is that second draft — the one you actually send. Our goal is to make your next application measurably better than the last one.
